The House Rules

  1. All guests must complete a rental agreement with valid credit card information fourteen days prior to arrival. Guests that do not meet this requirement will not be allowed to check-in and will have their reservation cancelled, any monies paid towards the reservation will be forfeited.
  2. No Party Policy:
    In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, we have a “NO PARTY” policy in our guest rooms. This includes loud music or excessive noise of any kind. The MGM Signature and WE do not tolerate lewd behavior, foul language, destruction of property, excessive occupants in the room, running up and down the hallways, or any other behavior disrupting the quiet enjoyment of other guests. The Maximum occupancy allowed in our guest rooms is indicated on your confirmation.

    Should any of the disturbing behavior occur, all of the individuals associated with that room or group will be escorted off the property. Furthermore, should the hotel have to refund another guest(s) stay due to excessive noise or unruly behavior, the primary person registered in the room or the person who is the authorizing signature for the group will reimburse Bedi Investments for any losses. The hotel & Bedi Investments reserves the right to exercise its eviction rights for violating this stated policy. You will forfeit 100% of your deposit.

    (This also means: no bachelor/ette parties, etc.)

  3. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $25 per each half hour beginning at 11:30 A.M.
  4. All units are NON SMOKING.
  5. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
  6. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
    1. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
    2. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
    3. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
    4. No linens are lost or damaged.
    5. NO Early check-in or late checkout.
    6. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, and the security company employed by the MGM.
  7. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon confirming the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks or credit card. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen days before your arrival date.
  8. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that result in a shortened stay, forfeit the full advance payment and damage / reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. At our discretion, we may offer you credit for future stays.
  9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 4 persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 4 will be assessed.
  10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
  11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
  12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
  13. RENTAL RECEIPT – You will receive a rental receipt confirming payment and reservation number(s). If you do not receive this, you do not have a confirmed reservation. Completing this agreement does NOT guarantee your reservation, a RENTAL RECEIPT and RENTAL AGREEMENT are both required.
  14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
  15. We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and our policies at our discretion.

 

Before you leave:

  1. TAPE: if you TAPE anything on the walls, ceiling or doors, we will charge $25 per occurence or if paint comes off because of the tape, you will be responsible for the cost of painting that area
  2. Tidy up; collect the towels in the bathroom / bathtub
  3. Put the dishes in the dishwasher
  4. Put all of your garbage in a single black garbage bag (found under the kitchen sink)
  5. The cleaners will automatically show up at noon (you don’t need to do anything)
